I have 3 accounts on here. I can't get access to pay with a voucher dialing *611 with 1 of my numbers. Even if I dial with my number (other provider) to this 1 it prompts me to make payment ??

@TiffRosin Some users are experiencing issues making and receiving calls at this time. Self-serve is also under maintenance so I wonder these might be reason you are not able to renew your plan. If you can't get through I suggest you contact PM CS_Agent or wait till the morning when the self-serve is back online.
