PM only offers prepaid services which means you buy talking add-ons upfront to make a call to US.

I have a $15 plan and on 02/27/2023 I had to make an emergency call to the Las Vegas Police Dept to have a wellness check on my Mother. She is 87 years old and her phone wasn't working. I called in total of 17 minutes and I was charged $30.00 That's $1.76 per minute. They shut my phone off until I pay the $30.00. I'm on disability. I can't afford another $30.00 to have my phone turned back on. I tried to get help with this and failed.
