    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/278870"&gt;@pgriffiths&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like a PM service issue. &amp;nbsp;Several customers (including myself) had calling service not work. &amp;nbsp;You can contact customer service agent to escalate to tech team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am going to wait overnight. &amp;nbsp;My plan is renewing overnight. &amp;nbsp;My phone stopped working about 5 PM MT when roughly the renewal process starts. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully, it starts working by morning. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am able to make outgoing call just fine. However, I did experience something weird happening in the evening. My phone gave a few notification saying my data services has been temporarily disconnected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
