    <description>&lt;P&gt;This happened this evening. I cannot receive any incoming calls and cannot call other numbers. Text messaging is still working. I changed to other phone to test. The same thing happened. I guess it is the SIM card problem. Who should i contact to solve the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
