      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm set up for preauthorized payment and this month it didn't work. I signed in to re-enter my credit card info and it still won't process. Says opps! error, try again later. My credit card hasn't expired, so I don't know why payment won't go through....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/200425"&gt;@Danna1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you tried more than twice, there could be a fraud lock and you need to wait an hour first and login again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need to reactivate the plan quickly, get a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart in person or online via Recharge.com or ding.com, then load the voucher via *611 or on My Account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
