      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a customer for over 2 years.&amp;nbsp; I've tried all recommended troubleshooting ideas.&amp;nbsp; Nothing has worked.&amp;nbsp; My husbands Public Mobile service is working fine...so it's not an area outage.&amp;nbsp; Texting works, calling does not.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Has anyone figured this out?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've submitted a ticket.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There doesn't seem to be any definitive discussion on what exactly is causing the calling problem.&amp;nbsp; I have seen a few people report the issue being intermittent.&amp;nbsp; Looks like a support ticket does resolve the issue as there have not been anyone saying support can't fix the problem.&amp;nbsp; It would be nice if there was feedback on exactly what support says is the problem.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully it is not something customers are doing that exacerbates the issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
