      <title>Unable to Call</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My plan expires in 5 days from now. I’m supposed to have unlimited US and Canada calls, although, for some reason every call I’ve made today goes straight to voicemail saying “8UV1…”. I can’t call anyone in US or Canada.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can this be fixed as it is very urgent?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife’s phone has this issue today as well. &amp;nbsp;My phone has no issues. &amp;nbsp;I’ve tried all sort of troubleshooting recommendations. Had to submit a ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
