Hi there,

I forgot my password, so I can't login into my account. Whenever I try to reset the password, the link sent is no longer available (expired). Can anyone please help me on that?

@giulianocaseiro, you will have to send a private message to @CS_Agent.

They will be able to help reset your password.

In your message to them please include:

- your account number

- your account pin

- your phone number

- your account email
