      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/278626"&gt;@yumin1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is it on the same phone you have been using?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to click Reset all network&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and check if your phone is blacklisted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if you have another phone around, test your PM sim there&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not, you can activate the SIM card here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/bc/portal/activation" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/en/bc/portal/activation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT, oh, well since you used the word 'recently' i guess you once had services...okay then. Can you try your SIM card into another compatible phone to rule out a device issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes just removing the SIM card, putting into another phone, then back to your phone can help kickstart things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
