      <title>US Roaming not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A couple of days before my statement date I must have run out of minutes?? I thought it was an issue with running out of US roaming so I purchased the 15 days roaming service. &amp;nbsp;Now, when I try calling it's saying I have to purchase US roaming. &amp;nbsp;But, I'v&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is your service showing as active? Is this a roaming re-buy? Or first one for this trip? Do you still see the prior add-ons with the days left like 3/15 or whatever? Do you still see the amount you paid in your balance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So ensure your plan is active in My Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this is not a case where your plan renews, yet the roaming addon stops working after the renewal takes place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How many days were left on the first roaming addon when your plan was due to renew?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
