> When I change it from LTE to 3G i do not have any cell service at all

@Roofie2018

that confirms why you don't have voice call. Voice uses ONLY. 3G network and your phone will auto switch to 3G network when a call is made, that's why you see it change from 4 bars (LTE) to 1 bar (3G)

It seems to be a local a 3G network problem. You could have better 3G signal when you try it in another area.

I would open up ticket with PM support so they aware of your local issue and how they can provide you a ETA

Since you tried your SIM card into another phone and the same thing is happening, ensure your My Account status is Active and perhaps check for outages in your area:

https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages

https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus

https://downdetector.ca/status/telus/map/

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA to check on your account or local area.

To contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them found here:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent

I figured out what’s going on with the cell service.where I live I can only get 1 maybe 2 cell bars but in our community we have a what is called wifi booster, so it just boost our cell service through wifi and public mobile don’t have wifi calling. I love public mobile but I am thinking I may need to change my service to get better cell phone service.
