      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/278436"&gt;@Davalvdia&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;where you see it being overcharged?&amp;nbsp; credit card ?&amp;nbsp; If so, it could be just a pending charge and it will get dropped within couple days after the real charge went through&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, login to My Account using Incognito mode, go to Payment page and confirm if you see one or two charges there. (Keep in mind, a regular renewal will be broken down into 2 lines in the Payment history)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/278436"&gt;@Davalvdia&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;would be nice if you can provide us more information about the double charges.&amp;nbsp; Did you accidently clicked twice for payment? or Autopay took money twice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if there are 2 charges showing up on credit card, maybe one of them is a pending charge?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are sure not pending and PM really overcharged you, open ticket with PM CS agent and they will confirm and action accordingly:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open ticket&amp;nbsp; at :&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;First type Contact,&lt;BR /&gt;then select the only choice there: "Contact..",&lt;BR /&gt;from the list of , choose "Other"&lt;BR /&gt;finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket&lt;BR /&gt;Another page will open and just follow: .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
