Checking voice mail and call forwarding does use up minutes. &amp;nbsp;A good idea to purchase the $5 for 500 Canada wide minutes just in case. &amp;nbsp;Unused minutes rolls over each payment cycle. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
