No Network? No SIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can text, but you could be using iMessage or RCS which was using your wifi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see it is not connecting to PM network.&amp;nbsp; Try to reseat the sim card once again (or if you have dual sim slot, try your other sim slot)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still does not work, it likely a sim card provisioning issue, which is an easy fix on PM side.&amp;nbsp; Just engage them via ticket:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/201461"&gt;@Piazza86&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, did you submit a number transfer with the activation.&amp;nbsp; That will definitely affect incoming calls, but outgoing should generally work fine.&amp;nbsp; If your phone has a VoWiFi setting, make sure that it is not switched on.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
