Cannot log into account

Hi there,

my credit card has expired and when I try to log into my account, I cannot. I tried resetting my password and it gives me an error message.

“There was an error resetting your password. Please try again later.”

I’ve tried several times and it’s not working. Please help.

@janeweiwu While waiting for support to help regain access to your account , if you remember your PIN number to account you can 611 to make payment or with a voucher no PIN needed and 611

Wait 30 minutes.

When you try again, do so from a laptop or desktop device after clearing cache and cookies. Try using an incognito or private tab before logging in.

Thanks everyone for you help. Unfortunately it didn’t work. I just submitted a ticket so hopefully I’ll hear back soon.
