But it could be another long wait as it is not uncommon that it takes them as many as 3 weeks to ship.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suggest you to push them to reimburse you the cost to buy a new one from your local Telus /Koodo location&amp;nbsp;instead.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To open ticket with them for your sim card order&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;These deliveries can take weeks.&amp;nbsp; You are better off to check your local Telus store and buy one there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This community is made up of all customers.&amp;nbsp; We don't work for Public Mobile and have no access to your account or sim card orders.&amp;nbsp; Sorry&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not that I am aware of.&amp;nbsp; You could try buying one elsewhere (Telus store) and then sell the one that arrives in the mail.&amp;nbsp; Many people complain about how long it takes for a sim card to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
