      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/128714"&gt;@Eliza5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What make and model of phone you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which province and city you are at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And of the connection issue, do you notice a voice problem&amp;nbsp; or data as well?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to change your network to 3G Only or WCDMA only, it could make it better&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If after that and it doesn't work, could also try removing the sim card while the phone is powered down and reinserting it and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
