Either way, the LTE in your menus is 4g.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is an unspecified error in processing the sim activation on submit of "step 4".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The payment card fields for fillout does not have the Name on card field to be specified.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just the number / expiry / and the 3-digit security code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the name on the card important and "assumed" to be the same as the account First Name , Last name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or can a 3rd party valid visa debit card be used to complete the activation.&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise I have no idea why it did not process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I read other post about using incognito mode chrome... perhaps that is workaround ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I thought the name was totally irrelevant as well as my own account does not identify me&lt;BR /&gt;and I reload my account no problem...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;funny though the account management does not appear to allow "update" your payment card ..&amp;nbsp; at least I did not spot that edit ability..&amp;nbsp; I do not use autopay I just keep a credit going on the account..&amp;nbsp; and was looking for updating card info.. anyway I am not concerned over my account which has been no problem... ( +1.5 yr) ..       <description>&lt;P&gt;*** UPDATE ***&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Signup "Sim Activation" process success.&lt;BR /&gt;Indeed name on account not linked to card used for payment.&lt;BR /&gt;Indeed maybe it was the Postal Code entry which was the issue last night&lt;BR /&gt;as replies in this forum indicated is transmitted to payment gateway and that field is presented as required&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;on Step 4&amp;nbsp; ( and no name on card is requested to be provided )... so indeed live chat was mistaken to inform me Name mattered.. it does not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PROBLEM now is : I got the $45 / 20GB plan &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; its 4G network&lt;BR /&gt;and I see my phone has no signal yet... and checked the network options on this phone and radio choices are:&lt;BR /&gt;3G&amp;nbsp; OR LTE&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So am I crap out of luck and need to downgrade the plan ( change plans like IMMEDIATELY for this to work. ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Either way, the LTE in your menus is 4g.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What other setting should I be looking for... I assume active signal should be instant or at least by now...&lt;BR /&gt;been 10 minutes.... phone says "Mobile network not available for voice calls"&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;when I use a contact in address book.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for staying on top of this with me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
