      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/275159"&gt;@kiingzd_1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you could still login to your My Account if you account is activate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Choose to receive the login 2FA code via sms instead of email&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you cannot receive sms, your service is suspended, then you will need to open ticket with CS agent as mentioned above&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Allow it to and don’t hit login can help and or try from another device or lap top&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
