If so you need to do a sim.       <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/277971"&gt;@mouctar&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Telus sent you a new sim ?&amp;nbsp; a new PM sim card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to do one more step to get the sim card working.&amp;nbsp; Login to My Account, and Change sim card from the Profile page.&amp;nbsp; This is a step needed for the system to program your current phone number onto your new PM sim card.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
