      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know if you need to order a &amp;nbsp;new SIM card, but if you have left the PM and want to join again, you should create a new account since your old one has been cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
