I purchased Add one (u.s roaming)

before I left Canada, I searched that AT&T is working in Mexico.

but I can’t use any roaming service in here.

want to refund it.

@Kim3958 there is no roaming in Mexico

The roaming addon is only to be used in US and on T-Mobile

Are you trying to use roaming in US or Mexico?

@Kim3958 US roaming will only work in the US not Mexico … and it’s T mobile you need be connected to in the US for roaming
