      <title>Plan Change Request</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I have been regularly using a plan of $15/month for limited call time, unlimited texting and 250MB of data. Recently, I discovered that my plan unexpectedly changed, and I was not aware of this until a few months in, after I had made a few months' payments. I have tried to change the plan back, but it's not allowing me to. I would like to request a plan change from my current $40 one back to my previous $15 one, and a refund for the payments I made unknowingly at $40. I have had another family member help me send in a ticket already, but they were told that I need to confirm; this message is the confirmation. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
