      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/277801"&gt;@liam5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, are you activating new account and you are not replacing a broken sim card on an existing PM accounts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And did you get any error during activation?&amp;nbsp; Was it error 821 or error 837?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; if so, check with PM charged you yet before you re-attempt another activation.&amp;nbsp; If PM did not charge you on your first attempt, then please try&lt;STRONG&gt; using Incognito windows&lt;/STRONG&gt; and try to activate again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if you are requesting porting in your phone number, make sure your account on the old provider is active and please provide the account number instead of IMEI for better success.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have other error, provide us the details and we will try to assist&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
