      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using Public Mobile but just dial 611 whenever I have added money to the plan in the past. I am trying to create a MyAccount now but it says I need to contact a support agent. I try to put in a ticket but it says I need MyAccount in order to submit one. Very frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, does anybody know if I will get charged for dialling 611 out of country?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
