    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/277749"&gt;@BarryM1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;where did you get the new phone from?&amp;nbsp; What exact PIN message it was asking for?&amp;nbsp; I could be asking for the carrier unlock pin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If the message is&amp;nbsp;"&lt;EM&gt;SIM network unlock PIN&lt;/EM&gt;" or "&lt;EM&gt;SIM ME lock code NP"&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp; or&amp;nbsp; on an iPhone's About-&amp;gt;Carrier Lock showing&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"SIM locked"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier unlock code. (PM would not be able to help with this)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Instaled old sim card from my old phone to my newer phone. Start it up and phone asked for sim pin. I put my 4 number pin that it wont accept. Now it wants s puc code. What is it and where do I get it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
