    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/276785"&gt;@lunchypoo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hopefully you did not activate the new SIM card but you just changed the SIM card number on your existing self-serve account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you created a whole new account, that means you also created a new number and cannot transfer either the phone number over &lt;STRONG&gt;or&lt;/STRONG&gt; the rewards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your only choices are to retain the new account with the new number, or get another SIM card and do a change SIM on the existing account, which is established with rewards and your prior number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this response understood your initial question and dilemma.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;and sim and had to get new one cuz forgot password with everything being saved in phone. I had just paid for a month on my old number but also had to pay for new one. Is there any way to transfer my rewards and the balance paid from old account. My work pc had my credentials saved so I can finally get on this old account but is it too late????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
