    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/277586"&gt;@Arch772&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Since you mentioned that calls do route to voicemail if the call is received while you are already on a call or decline the call, I'd suggest you:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reset the conditional call forwards by dialing either ##004# or individually ##61#, ##62# and ##63#&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If still not resolved, it could be an issue with LTE to 3G handoff. To test if this is the case, try disabling LTE / forcing 3G mode in the network settings, then see if that improves the ability to receive incoming calls.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
