      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a new sim card activated it&amp;nbsp; and put in my mi 9t phone. For some reason it wont connect to the network. It worked with the old sim. I tried it on a friends Samsung A3, same thing. I put it in an old LG Nexus and it works.I cant figure this out&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone suddenly won’t connect to the network either. I tried rebooting my iPhone and resetting the network settings that the chatbot suggested. Nothing works. Surely this is an error on public mobile’s end?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
