Hello, I am unable to receive phone calls. I believe the porting of my phone number was unsuccessful and I no longer have the SIM card of my previous provider. I never received a porting request SMS.

If so the number should be able to help if not , not having old providers SIM card is a problem you would need get SIM card from old provider and restore your old number to start port over again

Do you have the correct APN (Access Point Name) set up for your public mobile sim card?

Check this for APN instructions:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone

And use this website to find your phone's apn settings: https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en

Worth double checking to see if it's the culprit. If not, I'd submit a ticket.
