    <description>&lt;P&gt;All the card info is up to date and correct and the card is valid and has funds available. I have tried multiple cards with the same "oops..." error result. I have also tried in multiple browsers and with incognito mode on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting a message saying my account is suspended and I need to make a payment but I have auto pay set up and that has been working fine the past several months. Nothing has changed on my end so why wont Public Mobile take the payment. There are plenty of funds available in the account and the card in question is active and has no issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is normal. You should still have service so ignore the suspended notice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you don’t have service, login to your account and check to see if AutoPay button is enabled in the Payment section. Turn it back on if it is disabled and refresh your browser page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
