      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 phone lines with you, it reminds me to update the auto payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;So I logged in my account, after update the payment info ( All info is correct! ) ,&amp;nbsp; when trying to save the payment info, it keep saying&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later.&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone help me update the credit card info?&amp;nbsp; I could find a number to call to customer service either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
