      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had public mobile for 2 months and a lot of times I am not getting calls. &amp;nbsp;They go right to my voicemail. &amp;nbsp;My focus isn't on - I have checked. &amp;nbsp;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sincerely,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Janice&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271171"&gt;@Janiceciavaglia&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;it is likely a device compatibility issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to change the the Preferred network type or Network mode to 3G Only (or WCDMA)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and can you tell us what exact model is your phone? band and model number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and which province and city you are at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you checked to see if you are on airplane mode? &amp;nbsp;Or any other do not disturb setting activated on your phone. &amp;nbsp;Those will trigger calls to go right to voicemail. &amp;nbsp;Are you receiving any text messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
