      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/276071"&gt;@AA7&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;do you have Kood Prepaid or Koodo postpaid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get a PM sim card first from local Telus or Koodo store.&amp;nbsp; And make sure your Koodo accord is active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you are Koode Postpaid&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you just need to activate and request Transfer phone number during activatoin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you are Koodo&amp;nbsp; Prepaid,&lt;/STRONG&gt; you need to activate with a temporary new number first.&amp;nbsp; Once activation is completed and service working, then you open ticket with PM support for a manual porting help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/276071"&gt;@AA7&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; If you have a Koodo prepaid account, you need to activate a PM account with a PM phone number first.&amp;nbsp; Then create a support ticket to ask CS Agent to manually port your Koodo prepaid number to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; If you have Koodo postpaid account,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2a.&amp;nbsp; get a PM SIM card and activate a new account.&amp;nbsp; During the activation, you can port you number to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2b.&amp;nbsp; You can also activate an account first with&amp;nbsp; PM provided number first, then login to your self-serve account to port your Koodo postpaid number to PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then you can port easily without help from support as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/53248"&gt;@popping&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;@mentioned &amp;nbsp;… also be sure to read over the link&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/39908"&gt;@hairbag1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; posted to you also and here a bit more infor on porting your number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;When transferring (porting) your number to any new carrier it’s important to remember to leave the old providers SIM card in the phone until you receive the confirmation text from old carrier @that point you have 90 mins to reply YES to the confirmation text … also when going thru this process the new provider will want you old providers account number and will ask for IMEI number disregard this (IMEI) number as it has a tendency to just cos porting hiccups .. so if your ready to port to pm and already activated a SIM card you can go to your self serve serve profile tab and change /transfer (port) number this can also be done on activation but it’s advised to pick a temp number first then port&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
