      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/170167"&gt;@sebon2000&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;how you entered the number?&amp;nbsp; Di&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;you try to Change sim card on a mobile phone?&amp;nbsp; Something wrong with that part of the site and you need to use a computer to do that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please&amp;nbsp; go to My Account aain from&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;ONLY a desktop or laptop computer&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to request Change Sim card.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Click on Quick links on top, then Change Sim Card.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Using computer should work.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/170167"&gt;@sebon2000&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Did you login to your account and Change Sim card under Profile/Quick Link page?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will also need to use incognito or private mode or another browser for the self serve account because of caching problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did change the&amp;nbsp; SIM card, then try rebooting the phone or toggling airplane mode on/off couple of times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
