I forgot my use name i.e. email address and attempted few times, then my account is locked.

You could also check your various email accounts. You should have gotten a welcome to Public mobile email when you first signed up for your account.

You might also find marketing and promotion emails from here. Don't try to login multiple times. Use the reset password function to try out whichever emails you can think of. When one arrives in one of your emails then that's the one. THEN after resetting try to login with it.
