      <description>&lt;P&gt;when activating a SIM card do i actually have to make the first payment with a visa debit or credit card? i bough a payment voucher and it wont seem to let me use that to activate the SIM for the first time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So as stated above contact Customer Support and tell them you want to create a My Account and activate the SIM card you obtained. They have made these exceptions in the past according to other posts, so they should be able to help you out as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
