@geerthyraj Also if your trying to re buy same US add on you would have to wait a full 24 hours after first one ended or choose another US add on only support can apply the same one back to back

First, make sure that your credit card was not charged.

The website is finicky. Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
