Did you block those people in your Samsung phone?

@Rbishop - check to see if you have your calling app set up to only accept calls from those people in your contact list. If you do have this selected, remove it OR add the people you are not getting calls from as contacts in your phone.

I do receive texts messages from them . but when my sons call me rings once and goes to voice-mail.

I have a note 9, same thing happened, tried everything, the solution was factory reset.
