      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm locked out of my account and unable to pay my bill. I would not like to have any penalty charges for not paying the bill on time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help with this? I moved my number out of public mobile since the customer service and data plan is disastrous. But now I'm unable to pay my last bill as I'm locked out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no bill. There is no penalty. There is no arrears. If you transferred your number out then the account closes. Keep an eye out on your credit card around the time this account would have renewed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
