Hello PM,

I bought the $30 US Data+Talk+Text add-on this morning, and now I'm in the US, but seems my data does NOT work!

Please help check and get my data connected ASAP!!

Talk and text working? Did you turn on data roaming?

@Daphne check if your phone showing connected to T-Mobile. If not, try to manually connect it to T-Mobile

Also, make sure your phone has set to enable Roaming DataAnd, just in case, also make sure the Preferred Network type is set to Automatic and NOT 3G Only

According to Public Mobile:

PM will have T-mobile 2G network for US talk. Try to manually connect to T-mobile.

Roaming is for Data only. Voice and SMS text will still work.

Data will work on LTE, but will switch over to 2G to make a call.

However, the quality of service will vary depending on the different coverage areas when roaming in the USA.

You should read this forum before buying any US add-on...
