    <description>&lt;P&gt;I havent been able to call or receive phone call for 3 days. When people try to call me, they go straight to my voicemaill or when I call it seems that there are nos services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve verified airplane mode, do mot disturb and restart the phone. I have an IPhone X and I’ve used public mobile for more than 4 years. 2 years with the IPhone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;phone call work on the 3G but very badly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/103062"&gt;@felixsav3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does texting work?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;both in and out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How about your data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, t&lt;SPAN&gt;ry these fixes:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ensure airplane mode is not enabled&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ensure do not disturb is not enabled&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ensure the number calling you is not on a blocked senders list&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;disable any call-forwarding features/settings&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;turn off Bluetooth -- it's possible the 'ringing' is going through to a Bluetooth device instead of device's speakers&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;remove and reinsert your SIM card&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;reset network connections&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check here to see if there's an outage around your area:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/outages" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/outages&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also doesn't hurt to check here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.ertyu.org/steven_nikkel/cancellsites.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.ertyu.org/steven_nikkel/cancellsites.html&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To see if cell towers around you have changed (unlikely but you never know). Calls go through the 3G network, so try to locate 3G towers around your area.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Still no improvement?
