Just making sure you didn't but a roaming one if you are in Canada...or vice versa if in USA (where roaming addon is required).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try toggling in/out of airplane mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also if you have another device Try our sim in into see if data works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/262226"&gt;@helenfroggatt&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;data add-on should have no lag.&amp;nbsp; First try to reboot your phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure your phone does not have any data limit set.&amp;nbsp; If you have it set, disable it first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and also, check My Account &lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and confirm the correct addon was purchased and showed up there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
