      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/276936"&gt;@Som86&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Login to My Account &lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and check again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, did you click Change plan now or Change Plan on renewal date?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need the plan change now, yes, click Change Plan Now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Payment History page to confirm if PM charged you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But please note that PM will charge you new plan price now and the&amp;nbsp; unused days on the old pay cycle will be forfeited, no partial refund&lt;/P&gt;</description>
