    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased new public mobile SIM card and new unlocked phone. I created new account but phone indicates PUK blocked( my falt as I tried to set security password using my account password which I know now was a mistake) Can this be fixed or do I need another New SIM card. If so how do I cancel the account I just setup 4 hrs ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can get into my main account but cannot confirm setup as email verification is not working and obviously cannot receive text message to my new number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
