@ramandeepsharma best and easiest way is to login to MY Account and get the account number from the profile page there:

Hi @ramandeepsharma

if you can Login to your account and go to profile and you get the account #.

if don't know your email and password to Login you need to

open a ticket with SIMon Chatboth

typ: forgetting information
and Click, Forgot My account Email
then Click, Contact Us
and, Click here to submit a ticket.

@ramandeepsharma You account number can be found in self serve under your profile tab .. currently thou the site is down for maintenance

@ramandeepsharma - you may have received an email with the account number in the TO line of that email, when you activated with public mobile. Check your inbox and search 'public mobile' and see what comes up.

Otherwise, yes, you find the account number in your My Account.

Have you ever created a My Account before? If not and you are a current customer (have been active within 90 days and have not ported out to another provider), you can submit a ticket here to: Create or forgot My Account email or password link
