If so, then you activated the SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try the SIM Card into a phone, restart it, then see if you have any services. If you do, then the SIM card activation took place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And yes, as already mentioned, if you were charged then the activation took place; the only thing with this, IS, the charge will probably only be showing as a 'pending' charge, so it is hard to know for sure if the transaction will go into authorized state.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try clicking this link to use the: &lt;A href="https://services.telus.com/chat/publicmobile/chat-pm.html?portal=publicmobile&amp;amp;language=en" target="_blank"&gt;Public Mobile Online Activation Assistance&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and inquire if the SIM card shows activated on their end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still issues after that, go to the bottom of the Community page to submit a ticket with Customer Support using the SIMon Chatbot option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
