      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/276679"&gt;@Jaceqc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be because Koodo Prepiad or you had issue activation earlier:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you have Koodo Prepaid,&lt;/STRONG&gt; you need to first activate with a new number and request the transfer with the help of PM support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Or if you have activated and failed with an error message, and you are now trying a second time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, it could be something blocked in your first attempt. In this case, you need the help of PM support to clear it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
