Also when trying to log into self serve be sure to try incognito private mode there are cache issues , also if the device has stored email and passwords on it allow the device to try and sign you in first without hitting the log in button&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/276694"&gt;@Nataliia1986&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;can you make calls? does data work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you see the phone showing connected to PM network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long you have been PM customers? did you just joined and requested porting?&amp;nbsp; If so, it could be a stuck port, ie, the porting request was not completed.&amp;nbsp; Let us know if that is the case , there is a number you can call and talk to live support to confirm the porting status&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you have been PM customer and incoming calls working no problem before, try to reboot the phone or try to reseat the sim card first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try to change the preferred network or network mode to 3G Only (WCDMA Only)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
