      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been in the same situation:&lt;BR /&gt;Restart device, try a different browser, make sure to delete cookies (history wouldn't hurt too) and try again. If it still doesn't work, click on forgot password and go from there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
